PHINS TO THE WEST ZERO TOLERANCE MARIJUANA/CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE POLICY
Phins To The West and the Casablanca Resort have a Zero Tolerance Policy for Marijuana/Controlled Substance Possession/Usage.

It is illegal to consume Marijuana or Marijuana products in public including establishments that possess a gaming license in the state of Nevada. Violation of this policy could jeopardize the gaming license of the Casablanca.

Any person found violating this policy will be removed from the property immediately, banned from the Casablanca Resort including all of Mesquite Gaming’s properties and interest and any agreements (including but not limited to Contracts) with Phins To The West immediately canceled without compensation and any monies paid to Phins To The West be it for an individual or the entire group/band/organization/business will be forfeited without exception.

Furthermore, the above penalties may be applied to anyone possessing/using any illegal controlled substance as defined by Federal/State of Nevada/Clark County/City of Mesquite Statutes/Codes/Regulation. Or any behavior that violates Nevada Gaming Control or Casablanca Policy.
